Overview

PingMail (“we”, “us”) provides automated stay-in-touch email services at ping-mail.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details such as your email address and authentication data
• Contact records you import or create (names, emails, interests, notes)
• If you connect Google Contacts: your Google account email and OAuth tokens (stored encrypted) so we can read contacts you choose to import. We do not write back to Google or keep a live sync.
• Product usage, email engagement events (opens, clicks, bounces), and billing status
• Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service

How we use information

We use your data to provide PingMail: matching content, generating and sending emails you authorize, analytics, billing, support, and improving reliability and security. We do not sell your contact lists.

Processors

We use trusted providers for email delivery, payments, AI generation, hosting, analytics, and (when you connect it) Google for Contacts import via the People API. They process data only to provide their services to us under appropriate agreements.

Your choices

You may update or delete contacts in the product, disconnect Google Contacts in Settings, request account deletion, or contact us at hello@ping-mail.com. Recipients can unsubscribe via links in emails we send on your behalf.
