By using DontGoCold at dontgocold.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
DontGoCold helps you stay meaningfully connected with professional contacts you provide through relevant, one-to-one outreach. You are responsible for the contacts you upload, the content of messages sent on your behalf, and complying with applicable email and privacy laws (including consent and unsubscribe requirements).
Acceptable use
You may not use DontGoCold for unlawful spam, purchased lists, phishing, harassment, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that abuse deliverability or violate these terms.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as a flat subscription (currently $11.99/month after a 7-day trial, subject to change as shown on the pricing page). You can cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, deliverability of every email, or specific business outcomes from relationship outreach.
