Agreement
By using PingMail at ping-mail.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PingMail helps you send personalized stay-in-touch emails to professional contacts you provide. You are responsible for the contacts you upload, the content of emails sent on your behalf, and complying with applicable email and privacy laws (including consent and unsubscribe requirements).
Acceptable use
You may not use PingMail for unlawful spam, purchased lists, phishing, harassment, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that abuse deliverability or violate these terms.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as a flat subscription (currently $11.99/month after a 7-day trial, subject to change as shown on the pricing page). You can cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, deliverability of every email, or specific business outcomes from relationship outreach.
